Junior Olympics

Today, Audrey had her Junior Olympics competition at school. She chose to compete in 3 events: tug-of-war, 100 yard relay and 220 yard endurance race.

It was an exciting day for Audrey. Both Al and I were able to see Audrey win 2 first place ribbons in the tug-of-war & 100 yard relay and she placed 2nd in the 220 endurance run. She was a great competitor and we are proud of her accomplishments.

Her best friend Kristin also won 2 first place ribbons in the 220 yard endurance race and sit-ups and a 2nd place ribbon in the 100 yard dash. Little sister Melissa won a 3rd place ribbon in the soccer kick.

Congratulations girls on a job well done! You're all champions to us!
